That’s great Tracy!! Wellness core kibble is also a great dog food. I just preferred a little less carb!! 37% wellness, 30% Orijen!! LOL!!
I am puppy sitting so I took the liberty to mix in a tablespoon of canned wellness complete puppy but this is my parents dog and my mom is really really wary about creating a super finicky dog which is what our last dog was especially in the last couple years of his 15 year life. The breeder had this puppy on the proplan grain free adult maintenance which he seems to like a little bit more than the wellness complete so I mixed in a handful of that and he liked that a little bit more, but boy did he love that canned food mixed in. I don’t want to give him all of his meals that way while they are gone because my mom will be really mad, and will blame it on me if he doesn’t want to eat his kibble when they get home. lol
I am getting a bernese mountain dog puppy. I am deciding between Wellness large breed puppy, Innova large breed puppy (heard they had several recalls), or Fromm lg breed puppy. Not sure about Fromm as they use duck as the 1st ingredient and I would like to stay with chicken. I hear Blue is starting to have problems outsourcing out of the country which I don’t like even though I still use their cat food. Any help would be appreciated.
